Metal or Metal Coated Microspheres
Metal microspheres have unique properties. Our proprietary
microfabrication technology enables precision microspheres of a
variety of metals and their alloys: tungsten, gold, silver, indium, tin,
nickel and many more. Metal coated microspheres have gained
acceptance due to the combined benefit of precision dimension and
unique combination properties, especially in the area of advanced
electronics. Silver, nickel and gold are the most common coated
microspheres (single layer or mixed layers). Please contact us about

High Silica and Alkali-Free Microspheres
Many applications require high silica or pure silica while silicate glass
microspheres have maximum silica content about 80wt% silica (Pyrex).
The most common silicate glass microspheres usually have 60-75wt%
silica (window glass). Our high silica microspheres have at least
98wt% silica. High silica glass microspheres are typically sodium free
and boron free, both are extremely important for certain applications
(e.g. electronics). In addition, major properties of high silica glass
microspheres may be functionally tailored to your application needs.
